Return Policy
-Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase with a 25% restocking fee.
-Bikes must have under 25 additional miles and be in new condition.
-Accessories and apparel must be unworn and in original packaging.
-No returns after 7 days.
-Custom orders and batteries are non-returnable.
-Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Shipping Policy
-In-stock e-bikes ship within 2–5 business days via FedEx or UPS.
-We ship to the 48 continental U.S. states only.
-Elevated Ebikes is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
-Refused deliveries are subject to a $150–$200 fee per bike.
Order Cancellations
-Contact us ASAP to cancel—cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins.
-Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
-2.5% card processing fee applies to canceled paid orders.
